Location De Drie Essen (The Three Ashes)

‘De Drie Essen’ is located next to a white church on a sand hill in the Groningen landscape. It is a building with a pleasant energy and a view over the fields.

Fun Facts

  • To be able to construct the building, three ash trees had to make way, hence the name.
  • Remains of habitation from 6000 years ago were found under ‘De Drie Essen.’
