Hi, we are Jan Jacob Stam and Dees van de Hoef.
We find it hard to watch when people, teams, and organizations don’t manage to get everything out of themselves. What a waste!
It’s like being a plant that has the potential for beautifully blooming flowers but never blossoms. We believe that everyone and everything has a desire to bloom. And an inner knowing of how to do so. That blossoming we call your potential. We help you find your way to your potential.
We don’t really believe in treating symptoms. We go straight to the core.
Your potential is like a hidden treasure, ready to be discovered.
Forget the glass ceilings!
Such a beautiful, fresh, juicy orange shouldn’t be left sitting idly on the fruit bowl, right? It begs to be turned into a glass of fresh juice. You are that orange. Just like your team and organization. We are all oranges meant for juicing…
Jan Jacob Stam, Annecy, Augustus 2024
“I’m walking through a nature reserve at the end of Lake Annecy. It looks a bit dull: reeds, marshy grasslands, trees, a brownish meandering stream, and glimpses of the lake and mountains. But there are signs. With explanations. Explanations about the origin and history of the lake: a glacier and a lake that was once twice as large. How the land was used by farmers and a lord who collected tolls.
Explanations about the beaver families that leave their marks here. About the connections between the beavers, the stream, the soil type, the trees, and edible plants.
Explanations about the impact of the context, which half a century ago was almost untouched, and is now full of tourism that tends to destroy what it’s drawn to.
With those signs, everything changes. They make the invisible visible, understandable, lively, and beautiful.
That’s exactly what systemic work does and what constellations do: they make the invisible visible.
And by making it visible, understanding arises, followed by a sense of control.
Connections and patterns become visible. What seemed dull and stuck gains color and charm. It becomes clear what needs to be done.
This is systemic work in a nutshell.”
If you have a headache, a general practitioner will give you paracetamol. The headache doesn’t go away; you just don’t feel it for a while. That’s nothing but symptom treatment or relief and we don’t believe in that very much.
A chiropractor knows that the symptom and the cause are not in the same place. They go straight to the core. After a short examination, they know your headache is caused by muscle tension in your neck, which can be traced back to your stiff lower back. They then tackle that problem.
You can best compare us to a ‘system chiropractor.’
In short: we trace the cause of the pain, perform a targeted intervention, and your symptom treatment becomes unnecessary. Capiche?

You could read about Dees and you could read about Jan Jacob, but what about them as a team? Remember: the whole behaves differently than the sum of the parts.
