We are living in times where geopolitical shifts and the acceleration of change are pulling organizations into transitions whether they’re ready or not. The traditional playbook of planning and control is no longer enough.
The reality
Transition is driven by an evolutionary force – a future that is approaching us, rather than a plannable future where we are in control.
