Transformation processes are much more of an adventure than a journey. On a journey, you know where you’re going although it may not always go smoothly whereas in an adventure, you don’t (yet) know where you’ll end up or what to expect.
In this intensive week of Movements of Transformation, you learn about transformation and deep change from a systemic perspective. You are immersed in transformation and change processes, interventions, how to guide them, and how to navigate them. Because in these processes within society, organizations, and people you encounter quite a lot along the way.
Learning about transformation and transition
The world and the context around us are constantly changing. Transformation and transition is happening in many places, knocking on our doors. Existing patterns and dynamics often work hard to maintain continuity, predictability, and stability, keeping transformation and transition at bay.
What transforms naturally proceeds relatively smoothly. Of course, it requires a lot of attention and care, but it happens “on its own,” and it is palpable.
What transforms through willpower or another motivating force demands a great deal of precision, space, leadership, and commitment.
We will dive deep into:
Program
Because this program can itself be transformational, we do not work with a fixed, detailed program. Instead, we focus on what is needed in the moment and what benefits you most as a participant. The program offers a rich mix of theory, interventions, case studies, and in-depth exploration. We focus on the essence of transformation, with room for experimentation and learning.
We meet as individuals, in our roles as facilitators, coaches, consultants, leaders, managers, entrepreneurs, adventurers, and whoever else we are. Our approach combines theory, practice, reflection, and feedback. Together, we will explore how transformation and transition works in practice.
What the program is not
This is not a training in facilitating systemic constellations. While we may use a form of constellations (mapping), the focus is on broader systemic work.
Who is this program for?
This program is open to anyone who is willing to learn, experiment, fail, try again, laugh, feel frustrated, face fears, harvest, and discover upgraded versions of themselves. We create a safe, non-judgmental environment where this is all possible.
With participants from different countries and backgrounds, we work together in trust. The program language is English, often a second language for participants. You don’t need to worry about expressing yourself or understanding others, we will find ways to help each other when clarification is needed.
Do you work within an organization that wants to bring in this expertise? Or are you an organizer of (systemic) workshops?
Leave your details and we’ll get in touch with you soon to explore the possibilities.
