The individual surveys are unique, custom-developed digital questionnaires.

By completing a survey from your perspective as an employee or freelancer, you will quickly gain clarity on where the energy in your system is getting stuck and what steps you can take to get it flowing again.

The individual surveys come in 4 different types: 

  1. The ‘Me, My Work, and My Potential’ survey is designed for you as an employee within an organization.
  2. Are you a freelancer? We have developed a special survey just for you.
  3. The survey “Me and My Team”, specifically for managers and team leaders.
  4. The survey “Eye-opener: My Systemic Role and My Potential”

You may have heard it before: As an independent entrepreneur, you are your business. If you’re not doing well or get stuck, this is immediately reflected in your work. The reverse is also true. Are you an independent entrepreneur and want to take a closer look at your business system? Then this survey is for you.
How does it work?
You will receive five different modules with various self-assessment questions about your work, patterns, qualities, how much potential is being realized, and what actions you need to take.
In this survey, you’ll explore in six different modules with various questions the extent to which you and your business form a consistent, cohesive whole. A business where you can do what you excel at, flourish, reach the right clients, and feel fulfilled.

We view you and your business as a living system with patterns and qualities, needing your strengths to be recognized and optimally utilized by your clients.
What does it provide?
You will gain a comprehensive ‘check-up’ and insights into your current work situation, delving deeper than surface-level issues to address underlying feelings like: ‘things are (not) going well,’ ‘I’m stuck,’ ‘I feel (un)happy,’ ‘I’m restless and worried.’ You can use this survey for self-diagnosis and action planning, or as preparation for a coaching session, which you can arrange later if you want more guidance.
You will gain clear insights about yourself and your business, not only clarifying your current questions but also identifying which parts of the living system (your business) you need to focus on to progress as an entrepreneur. This will provide a path forward.

If you wish, you can also add a coaching session.
Time investment
It depends on how quickly you answer the questions intuitively. On average, it takes about an hour to complete. You don’t need to do it all at once; you can complete it module by module.

Eyeopener, my systemic role and my potential
For whom?
A survey specifically for managers and team leaders. A systemic X-ray of you as a leader, your team, and the relationship between them. The questions arise from the untapped potential that exists. They guide you to the core: what is needed here to unlock that potential?
This is quite literally: you open your perspective. You dive into your undercurrent. Just by yourself, without a coach. A short survey to get started with something to read calmly, sleep on, and notice what settles afterward. And where you might be able and willing to take action.
How does it work?
A disclaimer: this survey does not provide solutions. It does, however, sharpen your awareness and invites you to do what is needed. What that is, you decide. That requires action. Interventions. Go!
In the survey, you create a constellation of your family of origin and explore which role you have – unconsciously – come to fulfill within it. You do the same for your work: which role do you play there, what enables it, and where does it limit you and your potential? No solutions, but insights.
What does it provide?
A coach can help with that. A coach connected to Transitionstudio, or another one yours. Would you like a deeper analysis following this survey? Then a team survey for your entire team, combined with systemic interventions by us, might be the next step.
Finally, you connect with your full potential. What would your role be then? How much more (or less) energy would that free up? Perhaps this is an opening for you—the starting point of a journey. Or an adventure.

The power of an individual survey

Sometimes things just aren’t flowing. Someone feels that work is draining energy instead of giving it. Or notices a certain friction but can’t quite put their finger on it. When searching for a new challenge or a next step, it can also be helpful to pause and gain clarity on what is really going on.

As a coach, I regularly use an individual survey in these kinds of situations, and I can honestly say: it is an incredibly valuable tool. This survey goes beyond the “surface layer” of tasks, roles, and results. The questions also zoom in on the undercurrent: connection, position, loyalties, expectations, and unconscious patterns. These are systemic questions that invite people to reflect on themes such as:

  • How do I connect to this organization?

  • What position do I actually take here?

  • Am I doing justice to my own potential?

  • What is happening beneath the surface that affects my job satisfaction?

What I hear time and again is that the questionnaire itself already feels like an intervention. While filling it in, people begin to look at their situation differently. They become aware of patterns, blockages, and recurring dynamics. Sometimes sudden clarity emerges about why something is stuck or about what is needed to get things moving again.

The outcomes are rich:

  • Insight into systemic principles at play within the organization

  • Visibility of blockages and limiting patterns

  • Understanding of what gives energy and what drains it

  • Clarity about one’s own position and potential

I have people complete the survey after the intake. It helps them take a significant step in their development even before the first coaching session. I then create an analysis and present it in narrative form. The conversation that follows becomes deeper, more concrete, and more focused.

Recently, I had a coachee who, inspired by the narrative and analysis, independently drew “her iceberg” including her blockages, her fears, and her potential. So many insights…
