Team surveys

The team survey is a unique, custom-developed digital questionnaire. By completing it as a team or organization, you’ll quickly gain clear insights into where the energy in the system is stuck and what steps can be taken to get it flowing again.

Our team survey works fast and without fuss.

No days or weeks of individual intake sessions. No endless preliminary meetings. We simply get started: the team session is scheduled, the questionnaires go out to the team members, and within a week we have analysed the results.

What you get is a sharp and clear diagnosis: where the team truly stands right now, which patterns are at play, and what potential is going unused. We discuss those results in a feedforward session. Most teams opt for a half day or a full day: enough space not only to hear what’s going on, but to take a first concrete step straight away.

Our Team Surveys:

  • Require minimal time investment (average 1 hour per team member and 1,5 hours to a half a day or a day for feedback).
  • Are flexible to schedule. Each team member completes the survey online at their convenience.
  • Are completely anonymous. All data is consolidated into a collective team result.
  • Have a rapid turnaround time (diagnosis and action plan within a week).

How it works:

  • Each team member completes the survey individually (approx. 1 hour per person).
  • All data is processed anonymously.
  • The results are analyzed by our professionals.
  • In a feed-forward session (1,5 hours, to (half a) day), you receive a ‘diagnosis’ and an action plan for your team.

  • The diagnosis connects the (invisible, but influencing) undercurrent with the uppercurrent, the visible outcomes of the team.
  • The uppercurrent is about the current situation and the concrete results of the team.
  • It is important to bring the (sub- or unconscious) undercurrent to the surface, to take steps forward:
  • What is not visible in everyday dynamics but plays a significant role?
  • What relationships and patterns currently exist within the team?
  • What is the team’s position within the organization, and what is the team’s relationship with the organization as a whole?

An Action Plan:

  • A series of clear steps outlining what needs to be done in what sequence to significantly advance the team towards what it could become.

Investment

The investment for the online team survey, including thorough analysis and preparation for the team session, is €2,250 (excluding VAT).

A separate online or in person rate applies for facilitating the team session.
