"I throughly enjoyed this program for many reasons: The qualities and the diversity of the attendees ( nationalities , professional paths and operating context). The amazing relation ship / working style between Dees and Jan Jacob which creates safety, fun, depth and authenticity. The ‘ walking the talk ‘ of them, which is makes it so human. The diversity of the themes / workshops / and the space to experiment in a supported context. The emphasis on working on ourself , us the practitioner. The right balance between theory / practice and debrief. What has changed for me after the program: A profound and discrete confidence to dare with my corporate clients. A subtle lightness and deep presence and profound respect when exploring 'what is' with clients. A permission / an audacity to be even more me.

The 3 day workshop was a very rewarding learning experience and one that I recommend to every leader who wishes to increase efficiency and performance on teams and organizations. The 3 days are packed with a set of tools easy to implement and designed to provide insightful information that can be applied towards team development as a whole but also to each member of the team and consequently the Organization. Jan Jacob and Dees were incredibly generous in the way both shared information and experience giving the group solid and very hands on systemic resources to apply, whilst giving each participant the opportunity for self-observation and self-development. Also the organization and logistics were perfect and Marloes was very helpful. Loved the venue and the food.
