Teams are like living organisms – with their own dynamics, their own will, and an impressive ‘memory’. But what if a team moves in a different direction than the team members themselves expect? Where does the influence lie: with the individuals or the team as a whole?
This question plays out not only within teams, but also in organizations, startups, departments, associations, and family businesses. During this three-day workshop, participants learn how to recognize and effectively influence these dynamics.
We – Jan Jacob and Dees – bring years of international experience in systemic work with teams and organizations across many sectors, in many countries worldwide. We’re not about the soft approach or endless facilitation. We do what’s needed to genuinely move teams and participants forward.
Together we create a safe and challenging learning environment where participants not only learn techniques, but also gain clarity on their own role and impact as interveners. We point out blind spots, name patterns, and ensure that participants can intervene from a clear position. The emphasis is on applicability: what participants learn, they can apply immediately.
Our participants value the combination of depth and pragmatism, the personal attention, and the space to experiment without judgment. And they value that we call it out when things could be different – always with respect for the process.
Do you work within an organization that wants to bring in this expertise? Or are you an organizer of (systemic) workshops? Contact us to explore possibilities.

A hands-on workshop where participants learn to effectively apply systemic interventions for teams and organizations – by doing, not by talking about it. Theory and practice go hand in hand, with plenty of room to practice and experiment in small groups. What you learn, you can use immediately.
For (team) coaches, team leaders, managers, consultants, facilitators, and entrepreneurs who want to guide teams more effectively. Participants are welcome to bring their own cases – we work with them and learn from them.
Leave your details and we’ll get in touch with you soon.
