Transformation is a process where something fundamental shifts in the identity of a person, family, organization, or society. And you don’t know what this identity has shifted into until you have reached it or it has found you.
This makes the transformation process more of an adventure than a journey. On a journey, you know where you are going; in an adventure, you don’t know what to expect.
During this intensive week, you will learn about transformation from a systemic perspective, and you may even immerse yourself in transformation processes at the levels of society, organizations, families, and individuals.

This 6-day program offers you the opportunity to further develop and master the art of team coaching and leadership with a systemic perspective.
The program is diverse and in-depth, combining theory with hands-on experience, reflection, practical application, personal development, and utilizing yourself as an instrument for team development and systemic leadership. No prior experience with systemic work or constellations is required, but it is certainly welcome.
