Cancellation workshop / webinar / service by participant/customer

Cancellation and/or interruption of service/workshop or training by Transitionstudio

Special circumstances

Transitionstudio reserves the right to cancel or interrupt in special circumstances, such as the (temporary) closure of the training center by measures imposed by the government, training, (online) workshop or (online) training.

Travel and Accommodation Expenses

Participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel and, if applicable, accommodation costs during their participation in programs, workshops, or other activities offered by Transitionstudio. The responsibility for selecting appropriate accommodation lies with the participant. Transitionstudio is not liable for any issues or expenses arising from these choices.

Insurance

Participants are responsible for securing travel and cancellation insurance, if desired. Transitionstudio is not liable for any costs or damages resulting from cancellations, delays, or other travel-related issues, whether the cancellation is initiated by the participant or by Transitionstudio.

Terms of Use – Systemic surveys and diagnostic instruments

Applicable to all surveys, questionnaires, and diagnostic instruments of Transitionstudio | Version 1.0 – 1 March 2026

1. Ownership and intellectual property

All surveys, questionnaires, diagnostic instruments, scoring models, and the underlying methodologies offered through Transitionstudio – including but not limited to the online surveys at individual.transitionstudio.global and transitionstudio.global – are the exclusive intellectual property of Transitionstudio.

This includes the text, structure, sequence, formulation, the underlying systemic model, the scoring logic, and all visual and conceptual elements.

The copyright to all these materials is held by Transitionstudio and is protected under the Dutch Copyright Act and applicable international treaties.

2. Permitted use

Use of our surveys is permitted solely for the purpose for which the survey has been made available: completion as a respondent, within the context of a coaching or organisational programme in which Transitionstudio is involved.

Any other form of use is not permitted without our prior written consent.

Without the express prior written consent of Transitionstudio, it is prohibited to:

Respondents’ answers are treated confidentially and used solely for the purpose for which the survey was conducted. Transitionstudio does not share individual responses with third parties without the respondent’s consent, unless required by law.

5. Permission for use

Would you like to use, cite, or licence our surveys or methodologies? Please contact us at info@transitionstudio.nl. We are open to discussing collaborations – but they always start with a conversation, not with copying.

6. Enforcement

In the event of a breach of these terms of use, we reserve the right to take legal action, including claiming damages and having infringing material removed.

7. Applicable law

These terms of use are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Noord-Nederland district.
